Yummy Green Salad
Wooded Glen Specialty
Dressing:
- ½ c. canola oil
- ¼ c. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- ½ c. sugar
Topping:
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 stick butter
Salad:
- Mixed lettuce (red, leaf, romaine)
- Chopped broccoli
- Chopped purple onions
- 1 can drained Mandarin oranges
Saute' noodles and pecans in butter until golden brown. Pour the dressing and topping over the salad and toss gently just before serving.
