WOODED GLEN'S RECIPE OF THE MONTH
A Wooded Glen Specialty
1 whole fryer chicken
1 can of cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup of milk
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
4 Tbsp. butter
Boil chicken in salted water, until cooked through. Debone and cut chicken into bite size pieces. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Combine soup, sour cream, and milk; pour over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers and place over top of chicken mixture. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
